A new report by WinFuture has shed more light on the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE smartphone’s specifications. Aside from that, the German publication has given us a glimpse of the phone’s official press renders. If the recently surfaced renders are anything to go by, the Galaxy S21 FE will sport a 6.4-inch flat AMOLED panel that delivers an FHD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution and offers a refresh rate of 120Hz. Moreover, the screen offers a pixel density of 401ppi.
Aside from that, the phone will reportedly come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The screen will have a coating of Gorilla Glass Victus on top for additional protection. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset will be powering up the handset. Further, the phone could ship with 6GB and 8GB of RAM and offer 128GB and 256GB of onboard storage capacity. Moreover, a 4,500mAh battery with Qi-based wireless charging and wired fast charging support will deliver the juices to the device. The phone carries an IP68 rating for dust, dirt, and sand resistance.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will set you back 749 euros (about INR 64,582) for the 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM+256GB storage model, on the other hand, carries a slightly steeper price tag of 819 euros (about INR 73,193). Moreover, you will be able to choose between four highly appealing color options. These include White, Olive, Lavender, and Graphite. The word on the street is that the Galaxy S21 FE will be launched at CES 2022, which kicks off on January 5, 2022. The event will come to an end on January 8.
The report gives us a clearer view of the phone’s camera configuration. Moreover, WinFuture claims that the Galaxy S21 FE will house three cameras at the back. This rear-mounted camera setup will comprise a 12MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, as well as an 8MP telephoto camera. The 12MP primary camera will come with an f/1.8 aperture lens, OIS with dual-phase detection autofocus, and a 79-degrees FoV. The 12MP ultrawide sensor, on the other hand, will reportedly have an f/2.2 aperture lens with 123-degrees FoV. Lastly, the 8MP telephoto camera could support 3x zoom.
