It looks like the Realme Pad X India launch is on the cards. Realme CEO Madhav Sheth has teased the tablet’s imminent debut in the country. Realme recently launched Pad X in China for 1199 Yuan. The Pad X is the first-ever tablet from Realme that supports a stylus. Also, it is Realme’s maiden 5G-ready tablet. Now, the brand’s recently unveiled tablet could be landing in India soon. The brand’s top executive recently hinted at the Realme Pad X India launch.

Realme Vice President Madhav Sheth shared a teaser on his Twitter account. Moreover, Sheth urges his followers to retweet the tweet. Further, he gives them a target of 300 retweets. The brand will launch the Realme Pad X in India if its followers achieve the target. Notably, the tweet had over 500 retweets at the time of writing. So, it is safe to say that the Realme Pad X will launch in India. To recap, Pad X has also bagged the BIS certification. This further confirms that the Android slate will launch in the country.

The Pad X was subject to a lot of leaks ahead of its official unveiling. It had its details leaked multiple times. However, Realme has put these speculations to rest by officially revealing the key specs. Upfront, the tablet sports an eye-catching 11-inch 2K IPS LCD panel. Moreover, this screen offers a peak brightness of 450 nits. It even supports DC Dimming. The Realme Pad X gets a powerful chip under the hood. It comes with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor.

Further, the processor pairs with up to 6GB of RAM to deliver a power-packed performance. The Pad X ships with up to 128GB of onboard memory. Aside from this, it has a competent Adreno 650 GPU for graphics. The tablet packs a robust 8,340mAh battery unit for drawing its juices. This cell supports 33W fast charging. The tablet features a USB Type-C port for charging. Notably, the Realme Pad and Pad mini support a slower 8W charging. In the photography department, the Pad X has a dual-camera setup.

The Pad X houses a 13MP main camera on the back. Upfront, it has an 8MP shooter for capturing selfies. Also, the tablet has four speakers that support Dolby Atmos. Further, the device boots Android 12 OS out of the box. Morever, the new tablet from Realme offers support for a stylus keyboard case. The starting price of the Pad X in China is CNY 1,299. This converts roughly to about INR 15,000. However, 91mobiles suggests that the tablet could carry a slightly steeper price tag. Also, the publication predicts it could retail for around INR 18,000 in India.
