It’s become a common practice to try to bring famous game titles into the film industry. To be honest, not all attempts have been successful. But those who know why gamers like this or that game can tell the screenwriters to focus more on them. We hope the same will happen with the Dead by Daylight film, which is already on its way.

Today we learned that production studios Atomic Monster and Blumhouse are teaming up with game studio Behaviour Interactive to bring the horror title to the big screen. The search for a director and screenwriter has also begun. Without a doubt, all of the recent news about the adaptation of famous game titles has been inspired by the success of The Last of Us.

Briefly On Dead of Daylight

This game has had almost no equals on the market since its launch in 2016. It is available on multiple platforms, including PC, Xbox, PS, and Switch.

In Dead by Daylight, players take on the role of either a survivor or a killer. Survivors must work together to repair the generators that power the exit gates while avoiding the killer. The killer’s goal is to hunt down and sacrifice the survivors before they can escape.

The game features a variety of different killers and survivors, each with its own unique abilities and benefits. Dead by Daylight also features crossovers with other horror franchises, such as Halloween, Stranger Things, and Silent Hill, bringing iconic characters and locations into the game.
