As you can see from the official teaser picture attached below, the phone will feature dual cameras on the back. And from the design showcased in the picture, the phone bears a striking resemblance to the Redmi 12 5G. Therefore, the Poco M6 Pro 5G will likely be a rebranded version of Redmi 12 5G.

For those unaware, the Redmi 12 5G has also been launched recently, which comes with Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. Like it, the Poco M6 Pro will come with a 6.7-inch IPS display, a 50 MP primary camera on the back, and a large 5000mAh battery.

Even though the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 is an entry-level chipset, it still has what it takes to smoothly run all your daily apps. And the camera configuration of the M6 Pro should be more than good enough for social media-ready captures.

That said, Xiaomi did not confirm the pricing information of the M6 Pro. But considering the fact that the Redmi 12 5G launched at 133 USD, the pricing should be pretty similar. Xiaomi will likely offer more details on the phone soon. So, stay tuned if you’re planning to get the device.
