With the latest FCC listing, it is obvious that Samsung is all set to launch this device. The phone has been in testing for months and has now gained approval from the FCC.
According to Sammobile, the Galaxy S23 FE mobile phone with model number SM-S711U was approved by the FCC on August 25. In fact, the regulator conducted some tests on the Galaxy S23 FE as early as May, and it was released on June 7. During the period until July 27, a second test was carried out on contract machines and other models. Sadly, the FCC filing doesn't reveal much about the device, but rumour has it that Samsung will equip the Galaxy S23 FE with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor in the US and an Exynos 2200 processor in other markets.
As for when the product will be released, earlier rumours pointed to the handset launching in select markets in the third quarter and more markets in the fourth quarter. In some countries and regions, the Galaxy S23 FE may be delayed until the first quarter of 2024.
