Honor 100 Pro

Honor made waves in the Chinese market a few months back with the Honor 90 Pro, and they’ve been expanding their lineup ever since. The Honor 90 and Honor 90 Lite joined the party, boasting robust specs and premium design that catches the eye. But now, it seems Honor is wasting no time in preparing to unleash its next flagship – the Honor 100 Pro. Reports about sources from the company have spilled the beans on what we can expect.

Honor 100 Pro Coming with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Impressive AMOLED Display

Digital Chat Station revealed that the Honor 100 Pro will come armed with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform. The display is no slouch either, with an AMOLED screen sporting a 1.5K resolution and an impressive PWM of 3,840 Hz.

Much like its predecessor, the Honor 100 Pro is set to offer dual front-facing cameras. As for the release timeline, insider information suggests that internal testing will kick off in October. With the official announcement slated for early November in China.

Taking a trip down memory lane, the Honor 90 Pro made a strong entrance with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display boasting 1.5K resolution and support for a snappy 120 Hz refresh rate. Underneath the sleek exterior, it packed Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 platform. With options for 12 or 16 GB of RAM and 256 or 512 GB of internal storage.

The camera setup was nothing to scoff at either. Featuring a 200-megapixel main sensor, a 32-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens. Selfie enthusiasts had dual front sensors to play with, clocking in at 50 megapixels and 2 megapixels.
