OPPO K12 with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip + 12GB RAM appears on Geekbench


The Oppo K series, a popular lineup of lower mid-range smartphones, is known for offering superior features at competitive prices, especially in the Chinese market. The latest addition to this series is the Oppo K12, which has recently appeared on Geekbench. The device comes with model number PJR110 and it appears on Geekbench 6.2.2 version.

The OPPO K12 has recently been spotted on Geekbench, showcasing its impressive performance capabilities. According to the benchmark results, the device scored 1,134 points in the single-core test and 2,975 points in the multi-core test. This suggests that the OPPO K12 is equipped with a powerful processor, which was later confirmed to be the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset.

The Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 is a significant upgrade from its predecessor. It offers better performance and efficiency. The chipset features a 1+3+4 CPU architecture, with the primary core running at up to 2.63 GHz. It also has three performance cores operating at 2.4 GHz. Furthermore, it has four efficiency cores functioning at 1.8 GHz. This configuration ensures smooth and efficient performance for various tasks and applications.

The benchmark database also reveals that the Oppo K12 comes with 12GB of memory and runs the Color OS 14 system based on Android 14 out of the box. This powerful hardware, along with up-to-date software, promises a smooth and enjoyable user experience.



In addition to the powerful chipset, the OPPO K12 is also equipped with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, further enhancing its performance and responsiveness. The device is also expected to offer two variants with different storage configurations (128GB and 256GB). Moreover, it is rumoured to include a microSD card slot for those who require additional storage.

The device is also said to feature a 16-megapixel front camera and a triple camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor.

Interestingly, the OPPO K12 might be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Nord CE 4, which is also expected to launch soon. Both devices share similar specifications, including the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, LPDDR4x RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. However, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 is rumoured to have a slightly different design, with a vertically aligned dual camera setup and an IR blaster on the top.
