Xiaomi Unveils 45W Smart Power Bank With LCD Display via Crowdfunding

Xiaomi has launched a new 45W fast-charging power bank via its crowdfunding platform on the Xiaomi Mall App, and it’s already gaining attention for its smart design and competitive pricing. Priced at 179 yuan (roughly $25 USD), the new model is aimed at users who need more than just raw capacity—it’s about control, speed, and style.

LCD Display and Smart Feedback Take Center Stage

Unlike typical power banks, Xiaomi’s latest model includes a built-in LCD display that provides real-time updates on charging status, battery level, and time estimates for both charging and discharging. The display is subtly integrated and stays off when not in use, keeping the device clean and minimalist.

This real-time insight is especially useful for professionals or travelers who can’t afford to guess whether their gear has enough juice for the next meeting—or flight. It’s the kind of practical upgrade that feels small, but makes a real difference day-to-day.

Fast Charging, Built-in Cable, and Multidevice Support

Under the hood, the power bank packs a 10,000mAh battery, with a rated capacity of 5,900mAh. This is standard for high-efficiency compact power banks. It supports 45W output and 30W input through one of its dual USB-C ports. It also offers a 22.5W USB-A port. That means you can charge three devices simultaneously, including laptops that support USB-C fast charging.

Xiaomi also includes an integrated charging cable, cutting down on clutter and making the unit even more travel-friendly. The device is available in four colorsblue, white, pink, and green—offering users a bit of personality in a category that usually defaults to black plastic bricks. At the time of writing, the power bank is only available in China through Xiaomi’s crowdfunding system. But given the company’s track record of expanding
