Realme Pad price in India has been leaked along with the upcoming tablet’s specifications ahead of an official unveiling. The Chinese tech company’s first-ever tablet is set to launch in India today, September 9. More shreds of information are likely to be revealed at today’s launch event. However, the rumor mill hasn’t ceased churning out speculations surrounding the upcoming tablet. Now, in a new development, some details of the Realme tablet have surfaced online. The aforesaid leak sheds light on the pricing of the tablet.
Realme India and Europe CEO Madhav Sheth took to his Twitter account earlier this week to reveal the design and other details including Realme Pad’s European availability via a teaser photo. Aside from that, the tablet has been subject to a slew of other leaks and speculations in the past. For instance, tipster Realme TechLife (@realmeTechLife) claims that the tablet will pack a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, a 7,100mAh battery with 18W Quick Charge support.

Realme Pad Price In India Leaked
On September 8, another tipster Mukul Sharma tweeted some vital pieces of information about the tablet. The device will be available in LTE and Wi-Fi models. Aside from that, the noted leaker has revealed the pricing details of the LTE variant. According to Sharma, the LTE model will retail for INR 19,999 (about $271). The tweet is accompanied by an image that doesn’t reveal the storage configuration. However, earlier reports suggest that the tablet will be available in 6GB RAM, 64GB storage model.

The Wi-Fi model is likely to carry a price tag of INR 17,000 (about $230) or INR 18,000 (about $244) in India. The LTE variant is set to go on sale starting from September 16 in the country. Furthermore, the tablet will be up for grabs via Flipkart. Also, it will be available in two colors including Beige and Grey. Realme will officially confirm these details today at 12:30 PM during the launch event. In one of his tweets, Sheth mentioned Europe, suggesting that the tablet will be unveiled in the European market as well.
Specifications & Features (Expected)
Earlier this week, a teaser page for the Realme Pad went live on Flipkart. It reveals that the tablet is 6.9mm thin frame. Moreover, the teaser page has revealed that the device will feature a 10.4-inch fullscreen WUXGA+ display that offers a high resolution of 2,000×1,200 pixels and a screen-to-body ratio of 82.5 percent. In the optics department, the phone houses one camera at the back, and one camera in the front. If previously surfaced reports are anything to go by, the tablet will sport an 8MP front shooter and an 8MP rear-mounted camera.
The front camera is on the right bezel when you hold the tablet vertically. The rear-mounted camera is likely to support autofocus. However, the front camera will support a fixed focus. Moreover, the Android-based tablet will come with multiple sensors such as a proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and accelerometer. As mentioned in an earlier report, the Realme Pad will come with a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, and a robust 7,100 mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
