Google is rumored to introduce a set of new products in May during its I/O event. Among them, the rumors talk about the reveal of new Pixel Buds, new Google Pixel 7a, and even a Google Pixel Tablet. We don’t know if the Google Pixel Fold will launch at the same time. However, rumors have been pointing to the release of this device. We don’t know if it will launch on the same date, but considering the number of leaks, we expect a teaser at the very least. Google Pixel Fold specifications
As per the leaked renders, the Pixel Fold looks like the Oppo Find N2. It has a thick bezel around the main screen and a smaller cover display. The leaks point to a 7.6-inch inner screen and a 5.8-inch cover screen. We expect both panels to be OLED screens with up to 120 Hz refresh rate. The Pixel Fold measurements are 158.7 x 139.7 x 5.7 mm (8.3mm including the rear camera bump). Under the hood, the device will pack the Google Tensor G2 chipset.

As per the rumors, the Google Pixel Fold could be launched at the Google I/O. If that is the case, then we will have one of the most exciting editions of the event. This is not too far from making sense, after all, it will pack the Tensor G2 and not the G3 that is reportedly coming with the Pixel 8 series. If that is the case, then we will see the new device on May 10, while open sales will begin in late June. The rumors point to a $1,799 price tag for the handset in its Carbon and Porcelain color options.
