iQOO Neo 11S Leaks With a 9,000mAh Battery and a Tweaked Dimensity 9500

iQOO's next mid-range champion is taking shape. And on paper, it looks like a lot of phone for the money.

Tipster Digital Chat Station claims the iQOO Neo 11S will launch with a deeply customized version of MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 chipset. Not the stock version. iQOO has reportedly tuned the chip at the software level for better gaming stability and power efficiency — running it at slightly lower clock speeds in the process. It's a trade-off, but one that makes sense for a device built around sustained performance rather than peak benchmark numbers.

The Neo 11S is tipped to feature a flat 2K OLED panel built using a new domestic display manufacturing process — and it would apparently be the only phone in its price segment to pair a 2K screen with the Dimensity 9500. That's a bold claim. It's also the kind of spec combination that tends to resonate with buyers who want flagship-tier visuals without the flagship price tag.

Here's the number that stands out. The Neo 11S is expected to pack a battery exceeding 9,000mAh — significantly larger than its predecessor. The Neo 11 was no slouch. This is a clear generational jump. Charging is rated at 100W, though wireless charging is reportedly not in the mix. Fast cable charging on a 9,000mAh cell is still a very usable setup — a full top-up won't take forever.

The phone will come in 12GB and 16GB RAM options, paired with either 256GB or 512GB of storage. Color choices — Light White, Shadow Black, and Wind Chaser — suggest iQOO is aiming for a broader audience than its usual gaming-first crowd. Other expected features include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and IP68 plus IP69 water resistance ratings.

A Geekbench listing for the alleged device — model number V2545A — showed 16GB RAM, Android 16, and scores of 3,395 single-core and 10,312 multi-core. Those are solid numbers. Not class-leading, but more than enough for the segment this phone is targeting.

iQOO hasn't confirmed any of this officially. Still, Digital Chat Station has a strong track record. The Neo 11S is shaping up to be a serious contender in the performance mid-range space.
