Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro are on sale in China for a month. There is no exact information on how successful smartphones are, but the company has found a reason to be proud. According to it, almost half of those who purchased the new smartphones were previously iPhone owners. According to Meizu, iPhone users made up 45% of all those who bought the company's flagships.
How the calculation was made and what reasons pushed users to switch from iPhone to Meizu 18 are not reported. It is unlikely that everyone who purchased new items from the Chinese company was surveyed on the topic of which device they previously had in use. It is also possible that users simply replied that they previously had experience with the iPhone. And this does not mean at all that they changed the iPhone to Meizu 18. The statistics looks rather strange and there are questions to it.

The company itself chose only to remind about Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro in such a somewhat unusual way. It would be much more interesting to know how many smartphones were sold in total. Recall that there is no charger included with the Meizu 18 and 18 Pro, and the company offered to buy it or exchange it for old adapters.
