OnePlus 15 Set to Outshine OnePlus 13 with Charging Upgrade

The official release of the OnePlus 15 hasn’t been confirmed by OnePlus.

But there are already rumours that it’s going to be a significant upgrade from the OnePlus 13.

A recent report from an authoritative firm revealed some details about this device, including its charging power. 

The new listing from TÜV SÜD, a well-known product testing and Certification Company, shows a device with the model number CPH2747.

This model number fits the pattern of recent OnePlus flagship phones, strongly suggesting it belongs to the upcoming OnePlus 15.

Although the listing does not mention the phone by name, it provides valuable details about its charging capability.

According to the certification, the device supports up to 11 amps at 11 volts, which works out to a peak charging speed of 121 watts.

This is a big step forward compared to the OnePlus 13, which tops out at 100 watts in global markets.

The Chinese brand is expected to launch the OnePlus 15 alongside other flagship devices later this year, following the release of Google’s Pixel 10 Pro XL, which arrived last month.

With healthy rivalry going on, OnePlus seems to be taking a bolder approach by boosting its charging technology.

The new phone is widely expected to debut after Qualcomm introduces its Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which will likely power the OnePlus 15.

OnePlus hasn’t come out to confirm the validity of these claims, but it goes to show early signs of what is to come.

If these rumours turn out to be true, the OnePlus 15 will be one of the fastest charging flagship devices, making it a huge upgrade from the OnePlus 13.

The exact launch date for the device isn’t confirmed, but indications show that it might be at the end of the year.
