Another Hongmi clone goes on sale, but costs more than the real thing!

Xiaomi’s Hongmi is a marked man in the Chinese phone market! Phone companies both large and small want to take on the low-cost phone, but not all of them can manage to do it!

Today Xiaomi announced that they would drop the price of the Xiaomi Hongmi to just 699 Yuan. This is great news for everyone except knock-off phone maker Miled who also chose today to start promoting their Miled M3 phone.

Although not strictly a Hongmi clone (has features from the Hongmi and Mi3) the Miled M3 is most certainly after Xiaomi’s entry-level consumer fan base. However with hardware such as a QHd display, and just a 5 mega-pixel main camera the M3 is less of a bargain you might hope for.
