Hasee have
launched their first
Android smartphone in
China at a low price of only $65.
Chinese electronics giant
Hassee have been rumoured to be entering the mobile
phone market for months and they finally have with the 399 Yuan Hasee Ling Ya H45.
The 4.5-inch
phone has been designed with cost, not performance, in mind and features a 1.3Ghz MT6572 dual-core chipset, 512mb
RAM, 4GB storage, 2 mega-pixel front camera, 5 mega-pixel rear, 1800mAh battery and
Android 4.2.2.
To keep costs down to a minimum the
phone only has room for 1 x
SIM, and only supports
China Mobiles
TD-SCDMA network (for now). Hasee are also rumoured to be launching a 5-inch,
Nvidia Tegra 4 phone with 4GB RAM later this year at a price less than the
Xiaomi Mi3!
