Realme Narzo 90 and 90x Specs Confirmed: 7000mAh Battery, 60W Charging and 144Hz Super-Bright Displays

It seems that one of India's most popular Realme smartphone series, the Realme Narzo series, is about to receive an update. The brand has just confirmed the imminent arrival of the Realme Narzo 90 series. Apparently, the initial launch will consist of a vanilla Realme Narzo 90 and a Narzo 90x variant. The launch is scheduled for December 16, but the brand has decided to leak the details and build hype with exciting specifications.

Although there are still a few days until the launch, this won't stop Realme from sharing details. The brand officially confirmed that the Realme Narzo 90x has a massive 7,000mAh battery. The phone's primary focus on battery life is now settled, and to make the whole experience more enjoyable, it will come with 60W fast charging. Yeah, we are in the days of fast-charging for budget smartphones. In fact, it will charge faster than some flagships (cough.. cough... Galaxy S26). Realme claims the device can deliver up to 23.6 hours of online video playback on a single charge,

On the front, the Realme Narzo 90x has a 144Hz display that reaches 1,200 nits of brightness. We don't know the resolution or the size of the panel, but it will definitely be bright and smooth. In terms of optics, the phone uses a 50MP Sony main camera. As usual in this world of AI, the brand shared tidbits about the features coming with this device. It includes AI Eraser and AI Ultra Clarity tools.

The brand also confirmed several details about the regular Narzo 90. This is another battery beast just like the 90x. It comes with a 7,000mAh battery and the same 60W wired charging. However, the phone shows its higher category with a much brighter 4,000-nit display. Moving on, it has some rugged appeal with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings. Last but not least, it comes with a dual 50MP rear camera setup. According to Realme, the Narzo 90 can stream online video for up to 24 hours on a full charge.

The Realme Narzo 90 series will launch in India on December 16 and will be sold through Amazon India and Realme’s official online store. We expect Realme to keep sharing key details about these smartphones in the coming days. We are curious to see the chipsets inside these two devices.
