Realme already announced it will unveil the Realme Neo8 later this month. The brand already teased the phone's design and confirmed it will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC. Despite the recent changes in Realme's business, which now operates under Oppo's wing, the Realme Neo8 is likely to remain a strong presence in the market. The new cost-effective flagship passed through the Geekbench benchmark, which confirmed some of its key specifications.
Realme Neo8 Appears on Geekbench With Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and 16GB RAM
The Realme Neo8 was spotted in the Geekbench database with the model number RXM8899. The device was spotted with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, one of this year's favorite choices for cost-effective flagships. The device managed an impressive single-core score of 2,876 and a multi-core score of 9,245 in Geekbench 6.5. These numbers are impressive, but we need to keep in mind that this is an unreleased device.
The benchmark listing also confirms 16GB of RAM. The smartphone will run Android 16 straight out of the box, which, at this point, is the most expected. According to the rumors, the Realme Neo8 will come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage. The phone will have a 50 MP main camera with Optical Image Stabilization. There will also be a 16 MP selfie camera.

Other notable features of the phone include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a metal frame, and IP68 and IP69 ratings. However, one of the biggest highlights is in the 8,000mAh monster battery with support for 80W wired charging.
