Return of the 'Strida' eBike

Last year we spotted a bright orange electric Strida bike on sale in China. This year it's back with a new top speed!

Just like the regular human powered Strida's these, battery operated Strida eBikes can be folded up in roughly 10 seconds, slipped in to a bag carried on the bus, train, plane, or safely packed away somewhere.

The Strida eBike will however take a little more grunt to carry around due to it's 16kg weight, most of which is in the removable 350w battery which boasts an impressive 40 km per charge and a super sonic 30km/h top speed!

Power comes from either your legs though a rubber drivetrain, no oil no mess, to the rear wheel, or if you're feeling tired, via the electric motor attached to the front wheel.

Stopping duties are taken care of by a powerful disc brake and the easy to fold frame is made from air craft grade aluminium.
