The Vivo X300 Ultra, which boasts global model number V2562, has been certified in Europe ahead of its launch. According to a previous certification, the Vivo X300 Ultra is coming with support for 100W wired charging and more. According to past rumors, the new device wil arrive before the end of April with a huge 7,000mAh battery. That capacity, combined with the charging rate, will leave the battery anxiety behind.
Obviously, as usual in Vivo X-series, the goal is to impress with truly capable cameras. The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to excel in every area of its camera department. The leaks point to a 200 MP main camera using Sony's IMX09E 1/1.12" type sensor. There will also be a 200 MP periscope telephoto shooter using the same Sony IMX09A sensor. Finally, we can expect a 50 MP ultrawide snappper using a 1/1.28" type sensor. There will also be a powerful 50 MP Selfie shooter.
Since this is the fanciest flagship in Vivo's portfolio, it is no surprise that it will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. We expect more details to emerge in the coming weeks. The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to hit China in Q1 2026. It will be a surprise to see it reaching the global markets in the same January-March window. \
