Since stirring everyone up with the Intel powered K900,
Lenovo have been quietly working on a a few
new quad-core phones for the Chinese market such as the 5.3-inch
Lenovo S920 we've spied here.
Judging by the specification of the
Lenovo S920 it is only headed for Mainland
China, but if you manage to spot one for yourself it may well be worth picking
The design of the phone is unmistakably taken directly from
HTC's 2012 range. The overall shape screams
HTC One while
phablet size and bright colour is a nod to the
HTC Butterfly.
It's not clear what resolution the large display will be running out, but it's safe to assume it won't be a
1080 unit, but a 720HD panel seems reasonable. A
quad-core MT6589 processor runs Android 4.2
Jelly Bean while a 2250mAh battery will keep you juiced as long as physically possible.
The
photos here are of engineering prototypes, but we can expect this
new Lenovo to go on sale in a few months.
