iOcean X7HD, $130 smartphone on sale 13th January in China!


iOcean have started to promote their quad-core iOcean X7HD on their official website with a launch date of 13th January!

iOcean’s latest edition to it’s range is the entry-level iOcean X7HD, a smartphone based on the popular iOcean X7 but featuring hardware designed to keep costs low while reaming competitive and high-performance. From iOcean’s website we have learned the X7HD will go launch in China on 13th January at just 799 Yuan ($130), this price is expected to rise once the phone hit’s international stores.

The iOcean X7HD features a 5-inch 1280 x 720 display, 1.3Ghz quad-core MT6582 processor, rear 8 mega-pixel camera with F2.2 aperture, Android 4.2 and will be offered with either a 2000mAh battery or larger 3000mAh battery.

    It could be useless to order from Europe if the phone is TD-CDMA-only 🙁

    BTW, it would be cool if any user here talking Chinese could ask iOcean whether they intend to release newer ROMs with Android 4.2.2 or 4.3 or even 4.4.2… Thanks in adavnce
