The quad-core Mediatek MT6582 processor has been responsible for lowering the price of quality Chinese phones, phones like the Zopo ZP780.

Zopo don’t tend to do the whole leaks, teaser and months of waiting for launch and tend to just get their phones ready and then on to the market. The Zopo ZP780 was launched like that, seemingly to appear overnight!

Based around the popular quad-core MT6582 chipset with 1GB RAM, the ZP780 is able to pull Antutu scores of around 17,000 points which is very respectable especially considering the sub $150 price tag!

This phone has actually been out for quite some time. I’m surprised you’re only reporting it now. Another promotion, I suppose.

qHD resolution is not suitable for 5″ screen of ZP780. Too bad, ZP780 look very nice, and with that price, and HD resolution screen it could be great deal…
