Z2 and z2 pro are basically 2 different phones: soc clock, ram and rom are lower on z2, materials used are different (actually it look like build quality is worse on z2), cameras are different sensors with different apertures (much better on z2 pro)… If I recall, z2 has also a better screen… The thing going for z2 is the bigger battery, which along with the smaller screen gives you better battery life (not like z2 pro has “bad” battery life, to be honest).
Z2 is not a bad phone, especially at that price, but it has nothing to do with its pro version other than the name.
I am willing to pay few more for the Pro version, unless Z3 Pro or something coming soon?
I really love Zuk. I never had one but it looks so cool and nothing but good said by the reviewers…
No Word on Zuk Z3. The other devices in the same price category are Z2 Pro are ZTE Axon 7, oneplus 3 and Xiaomi Mi5S

Probably a z3/z3 pro will come out, but we’re talking of months from now: so far no rumor about an updated z2 version (like a sd821 version), and considering that zuk is usually releasing few phones per year, the z3 is likely to come out with a sd830, so… Probably we won’t see it until spring!

Nah, it’s not about newer cpus: this days even an mt6737 can get you through a day of use with ease… This year my main problem are batteries, but next year I’m positive we’ll get to see improvement in this direction (leeco pro 3 is just the first, others will follow). Also, dual cameras will be a thing starting next year… All in all, within the next 2 years we’ll see something really interesting, but if we won’t, well… Some months from now and you could have a z2 pro for a discount price, and it’ll have not much less than a z3 (like: sd830 will be better than 820, but not *that* much, it’ll just have more power than you’ll ever need)

Zuk Z2 pro is a much better phone. It has a heart rate sensor, LTE Band 20 support, much better camera with OIS, faster flash storage, slightly bigger display, better build, slimmer, AMOLED screen etc.
So Pro is 100% better.
Is Z3 or something coming soon? :3

The z2 has a smaller (5″) screen, larger 3500mah battery, lower quality camera, and less RAM. Besides the battery, the Z2 pro is the better device, unless you prefer the smaller screen size of the z2. With that being said, the Z2 is an excellent device for this price, especially if you are familiar with, and like the ZUI rom.
5″ LCD Z2 vs 5,2″ Amoled Z2 Pro, Z2 Pro also comes with UHS 2 eMMC & have smaller battery. Z2 is actually one of more usable S820 phones with SoT over the 5h mainly thanks to huge battery compared to display size. A hard barging with price like this.

A week ago they were offering this one with a coupon again from gizchina and after I ordered it came out, that it will be available on 12.11. No use. I do not get it why they push again with the same model – only to offer an alternative after they get the money?

Anyway normally we will not get the cheaper promotion price as the promo unit always mysteriously sold out, like i said it is pure cheating.
Banggood is OUT of stock of this phone. Order only If you have time to wait for it. I have cancelled my order there after a week nothing happened. Then they said We will ship it on November 10th… Banggood is a CRAP! Use EU Expedited shipping and Spemall coupon instead! A bit higher price, but no vat or customs.
