Gizchina News of the week

On the design front, the ZTE Blade X Max has pretty thick bezels on the front. The selfie shooter sits on the top left corner beside the earpiece. The bottom bezel has the 3 capacitive keys, with the home key in the form of a circle flanked by the back and recent apps keys. The back houses the camera and the LED flash. Just below the LED flash lies the fingerprint sensor.  The bottom left part of the back has the mono speaker.

On  the spec front, the Blade X Max is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC, a solid mid ranger coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. There is no report if it has option for memory expansion. The front has a 6 inch 1080p display, putting this phone in the phablet category. It runs Android 7.1.1 out of the box. There’s a 13MP camera in the rear and a 5MP shooter in the front. The smartphone is fueled by a 3,400mAh battery.

The smartphone will be available starting May 12 with a price tag of $149.99 in the USA via Cricket Cellular.
