According to Sascha 5Gan, a lead analyst for PCMag who specializes in mobile and 5G, OnePlus will hold what he calls “…the most interesting mobile (?) event at #CES2020”. OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau, affirms this report by retweeting “We’ll show you something special, See you in Las Vegas”. The information shows that OnePlus will hold a special event at CES 2020, which will be held from January 7 to January 10, 2020, at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas.

From the content of the poster, the only relevant information is the date and city of the event. The colour of the poster is orange and black. Unfortunately, there is no other information on what to expect at the event. We are not even sure if it will be a smartphone event or perhaps OnePlus has a surprise for us. Nevertheless, considering that the source of this report is a “mobile and 5G” specialist, it is ideal to speculate that this event may relate to 5G.
