Now the is out and the dust has finally settled, its time to break out the
iPhone 5 again. If the iPhone 5 follows the past iPhone release schedules we expect the latest iPhone on getting a Keynote of its very own as early as June this year.
It’s pretty obvious the iPhone 5 will be getting an A5 dual-core CPU similar to the one in the
iPad 2 and we guess we might see an increase in mega-pixels for the camera, and it would be awesome to see iOS 5 introduced too, but the latest
rumors floating around the web talk about the external
design of the iPhone 5.
Japanese
blog Macotakara, the same site that correctly guessed what the
iPad 2 would look like, have published images of what they imagine the latest iPhone 5 will look like.
The
design is very much like the
original iPhone with an all
alloy rear
case, but with the antenna hidden behind the
Apple logo (the
original iPhone had a 3 1/4 length
alloy back with the lower 1 1/4 plastic
case covering the antennae).
The
design posted on the popular Japanese
blog also looks to have a full glass front with no physical home button (or it could be just a poor quality
image)
It will be interesting to see if
Apple adopt their older
design signature for the latest iPhone 5, and thankfully we only have a few months to wait and see.
