I personally am not entirely convinced that the image below is of a real iPhone 4s, to me it looks like a dummy model photo graphed with a poor quality camera, but even so this picture does show an new iPhone dummy or not.
The white ‘iPhone 4s’ as the phone had been christened pictured here has a larger 4 inch screen over the original iPhone 4 and also gets the newer white iPhone 4 proximity sensor.

Leaked photos of what appear to be larger iPhone screens have been seen before, you can see one here, and with the way the smart phone market is going it is pretty likely that the latest iPhone, iPhone 4s or iPhone 5 will take advantage of a larger touch screen area.
