Sounds like a good strategic move by Oppo to gain customers in Europe, who may have initially favoured Meizu or Xiaomi especially if they introduce a couple of handsets which are more mid-range to the Find 5.

That is the reason why the price is reduced from 499 € to 399 € now.

Problem is that 399 Euros is too expensive to tempt buyers who may well have never heard of Oppo, a JiyaYu G4 around £180 might sell better if JiiyaYu could be tempted

Rob even though 399 Euros is very expensive, if you compare that with the handset price of HTC One, Samsung GS4 or Sony Xperia Z, don’t you think its reasonable ?

So apperently not the whole of europe is served.

Turned out to be a firewall issue. So no problems after all.
