Leaked
benchmarks from the
Firefly V65 could give
us an indication of the performance of the
Carpad T65 which will
launch later today.
A launch date for the Firefly V65 has not been announced yet, but judging by the similarities in both design and specification between this and the Carpad T65 Note it's a pretty safe bet that the two phones share the same origins.
This prototype version of the
Firefly V65 runs a 1.5Ghz
quad-core MT6589T SoC with 1GB RAM which power the large FHD 1920 x
1080 6.45-inch display.
Running Antutu v3.3 the phone managed to score 14,213! We're hoping that the 2GB Carpad
phablet will be be closer to 15,000.
Firefly, like many other phone makers have made the early decision to update their
phablet to
Turbo spec, but the rest of the hardware remains unchanged and includes a 3150mAh battery, 3 mega-pixel front camera,
13 mega-pixel rear and Android 4.2.1 OS.
