Oppo have emailed us confirming that the Oppo Fine 7 is currently in the works, but tells us not to expected it as soon as some rumours would have us believe.

After getting in touch with us about the Oppo Find 5 mini rumour, Oppo also took the time to send us a brief email about the upcoming Oppo Find 7! The fact that Oppo are even calling the new phone the Find 7 is news in itself, but they went on to confirm that work on the new phone has already begun, but a September launch is very unlikely!
In fact we might have to wait until much later on in the year before we even see leaks of the new phone as Oppo haven’t yet confirmed a new design.

Well, this is how you have to handle rumours of release dates unlike Jiayu. If you don’t set any expectations the crowd wont go bananas.
