In , Mtk solution can resolve the 3G and 2G/GPRS calling or web internet well. in generally, other Solution like Rockchip, All winner can’t set Dual SIM Card/3G+2G Phone Calling/Web internate well as MTK.

in a word, Orient Tab Mini 7 is a Phablet.not only a Tablet PC.

Just a quick hands-on review. I’m in rural North America with house wifi and very little time out and about. I have a T-Mobile no-data plan (data optional). Wanted a 7″ tablet. Little need for another phone, but wanted it available. Talk & text work, browsing is responsive with wifi–up to 100 feet away.

GPS doesn’t work (no lock), Netflix app doesn’t work (stuck on “loading”), compass doesn’t work (no magnetometer), youtube app doesn’t work, but youtube works fine from browser.

Only 1024 x 600 resolution display, but is ok with me–what video I’ve seen is fine for my undemanding needs. Still photos look good. Viewing angle is ok. Colors seem vibrant.

Fit and finish seem ok. I have fairly big hands, but holding a 7″ phone in one hand causes a bit of strain. It will fit in some shirt pockets, but I haven’t really figured out how to carry it.

Overall, it seems a decent value–adequate as a tablet (unless you want to stream Netflix movies), and useful for occasional texting and phoning.
