Xiaocai X9, 2GB RAM, 4.5-inch display Antutu

Although Antutu scores don’t really prove how good a phone is, it is always a great so see some really high numbers coming from a low-cost phone like the Xiaocai X9!

The X9 has been on sale in ‘Youth’ guise for sometime, and now the company have finally put together the ‘Premium’ version of the phone which boasts 2GB RAM and 32GB of built in memory.

Gizchina News of the week

The boost in RAM has enabled the Xiaocai X9 to score 15,116 in Antutu which is very good for a phone costing only 1099 Yuan ($178 Chinese price).

In addition to the updated performance the Xiaocai X9 comes with a 5 mega-pixel front camera, 8 mega-pixel rear and 4.5-inch OGS display. The only downside to the phone is the rather tiny 1800mAh battery!

Nice score but what’s up with that stingy batt capacity??? Same as the THL W100.
Could have been a perfect unit if only it had a healthier batt…
