Ubuntu touch headed for the Oppo Find 5


With Oppo’s rise to international fame a very active community of developers have popped up, one of whom is working to bring Ubuntu Touch to the excellent Find 5!

The 5-inch 1080 Oppo Find 5 has seen its fair share of developer action over the past year. Oppo have released the new Color ROM for the phone, MIUI is available and soon Ubuntu Touch will be on the scene thanks the Belfast based developer Eoghan.

Work on the update is still in the very early stages, but with such a great network of Oppo Ofans behind him and excellent Ubuntu Touch documentation available we hope to see work progress quickly!
