That’s gotta duck. ..No amount of 4k or 10k HD can replicate the sight of real sunrise!

Not sure if he was going to say suck or actually meant to say duck.

i saw it on reddit a while ago. people being there at the time said it was an ad, not actually trying to replace the sunrise. still funny.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! This is absolutely the most f*cking stupid thing they could do. Hey there is so much smug, let’s use a giant TV which consumes a lot of energy to simulate the sunrise. What the **** is wrong with people really? I know things are bad in China same as in the West, but I never knew they already hit rock bottom.

They really need to to ban the ban on press freedom because at least then stupid shit like this wouldn’t be happening.

It’s sad to see the bad air quality in China like this these days in winter… hopefully they’ll speed up that action plan so that we’ll see cleaner air in a couple of years, if not sooner (probably not…)

Next step: play sunrises and twilights on your home’s walls! o.O

Decades of ignoring environment issues have finally caught up. Although western giant corporations are as much at fault as the greedy Chinese government. Sure it’s cheaper to use Chinese slave labor and not give a shit about pollution, but this is the result.

Did you know that The Soviet Union used to be a “model citizen” when it came to environmental issues. That of course was just propaganda and people were dying because of the pollution. That sure looks to be happening in China now. I wish the Chinese people good luck with dealing that issues.

Please, double check FAKE stories from Internet.
This screen is located in Tiananmen Square and is only showing a touristic video of Shandong province… Nothing about ‘displaying’ sunrises at all!

The smog, on the other hand, is sadly true… 🙁
