ZTE Grand Memo II LTE at MWC with Android 4.4

ZTE hinted that they would use MWC as the time and place to launch the zte Grand Memo II LTE and here it is!

ZTE’s new Grand Memo II LTE is just as large as it’s predessor with a whopping 6-inch display, but the package has been thinned out a little to just a 7.2mm chassis. The look of the new phablet is less rounded than the previous version and ZTE have worked on reducing the overall footprint so more display and less body takes up the front.

Under the large 720p panel are the guts of a mid-range phone. A Snapdragon 400 chipset runs the phone with 2GB RAM, it’s also the Qualcomm chip which bring 4G LTE to the phone. ZTE have also added Gorilla Glass 3 to the phone, 13 mega-pixel main camera, 5 mega-pixel rear, 2GB RAM and 3200mAh battery.

Fans of stock Android installs might want to look away as ZTE have brought their own custom ROM the Memo ! Named MiFavor 2.3, the OS boasts a new camera app, and a cool split screen mode allowing 2 apps to run at once.
