I can’t see where it states that in the rules. It says the device will be mailed out.
What is weird is that is only available to USA residents. Which is strange as it’s a Chinese phone not designed for use in the USA. I think there is possibly some some cutting and pasting going on here from some other competition rules…

Weird. Prize winner must be a USA resident and then also be present in China…? This is one bizarre competition.
