Meizu release another Android 4.4 Kitkat update for the MX3

Meizu are certainly not hanging around with the updates these days and have released another Android 4.4 based Flyme ROM update for the Meizu MX3.

Available to download now, Flyme 3.6.2a is the second 4.4 based update to be released on the Samsung Exynos octacore powered flagship smartphone. This update is mainly a bug fix and optimisation with changes made to the Music app, Video, browser, contacts and bluetooth.

I have still not had a chance to try Android 4.4 on the Meizu MX3, but have been informed by those who have that it greatly improves battery life and performance of the phone. In other news, Meizu have also posted that they are close to break 1 billion downloads from their own app store!
