Hexacore iNew V8, interested in an Oppo N1 clone?

inew v8 oppo n1 clone

Hexacore phones are still quite rare but if you can live with an Oppo N1 knock off then the iNew V8 is always an option.

At GizChina we are not overly excited to see a clone or knock-off phone, but sometimes we let a few slip through as they have the odd interesting feature. The iNew V8 slipped through our filter has it comes from the makers of the iNew V2 so we know that they are capable of making an original device. Then there is that rotating camera design, but it is the hexacore processor which is most interesting.

The Hexacore MT6591 chipset sits between the octacore MT6592 and quad-core MT6582 and is designed to give a good blend of performance and energy efficiency. Unfortunately having just 1GB RAM in the iNew V8 will mean performance will be hindered slightly.

Other than the chip, the iNew V8 is also lucky enough to have Android 4.4.2 Kitkat as standard, NFC, and that 210 degree rotating camera that can take 18 mega-pixel interpolated images, and has dual LED flash.

Personally we would be more excited about this phone if had a more original design, but for those of you who don’t mind so much it could be an interesting option.

Well, I wouldn’t mind buying this N1 clone considering its specs… kitkat, NFC, OTG,the screen also seems nice.
But this single GB of RAM is bugging me (and the 250 bucks price too)

Yup, 2GB RAM would have made this more worthwhile
