This could be a first from an Android smartphone maker! Asus have released the all new Asus Zoom with a 3 X optical zoom at CES. More details below.
Asus are picking up their game and launching some exciting new phones at CES this year. The first that has caught our attention is the all new Asus ZenFone Zoom which offers users an optical Zoom feature to get closer to the action.

The camera centric features don’t end their though as there is also a 12 x digital zoom, dual tone LED flash, 10 element lens, laser auto focus and optical image stabilisation to keep photos shake free. Even the camera app on the Asus Zoom promises some great functions including professional grade manual controls!
As for what is going on under the hood we aren’t to sure for now, but for anyone looking for a new camera-centric device the Asus Zenfone Zoom looks like a contender!

Well… Not first. Maybe you forgot about Samsung Galaxy Zoom
S4 Zoom , K Zoom and also old Nikon android phone, these phones battery drain too quick.
This is very interesting. Seems we won’t be needing our DLSR cameras very soon.
