The next generation iOcean X9 gets added to the official home page of iOcean indicating a launch date nearer than expected.
The iOcean MT6752 Rock might be the top of the range iOcean of the moment, but the new X9 is on the way and looks visually better designed in almost every way. iOcean first leaked the X9 in spy photos on their official Facebook page last week, and have now followed the leak up with an official listing on the iOcean.cc website.
The official details of the iOcean X9 posted on the product page include a thickness of just 6.5mm, a CNC machined alloy body with sandblasted finish, and tempered glass front and rear.
Full specification for the iOcean X9 aren’t listed on the website just yet, but from the images we can see the phone has s single LED flash, and appears to have dual SIM slots. The design of the phone is very similar to the Huawei Honor 6 with similar external speaker location. The renders also show that the chin of the phone lacks navigation icons possibly meaning that onscreen controls will be used as they were on the iOcean MT6752 Rock.
