Hands on photos of the Bamboo Xiaomi Mi Note, what do you think?

Motorola, OnePlus and Xiaomi. Each of these phone makers have embraced the use of bamboo on their phones, with the latest device being the Xiaomi Mi Note bamboo to launch.

I’m a big fan of the Xiaomi Mi Note. It is one of the best make and looking Android phones for 2015, and although it does have a few issues I’m a very proud owner of the phone, but I would have been more proud had I got the chance to buy the new bamboo model.

Gizchina News of the week

The bamboo edition Xiaomi Mi Note released in China yesterday for 2299 Yuan, and as well as getting a bamboo rear panel rather than glass, it is 5 grams lighter too.

What do you think of the latest bamboo Mi Note? Would you go for this model or do you prefer the glass one?

I agree, darker would be nicer. I’ll stick with my glass Mi Note 🙂

Xiaomi should get their FDD-LTE-bands right for European customers…

I won’t buy any phone, which doesn’t fully comply.

    Regards

Is there a swappable rear cover? The glass is pretty but slippery.
