Real photos of the next Mlais M4 Note confirm the a neat metal chassis plus Android Lollipop, more details here.
If you are in the market for a 5.5-inch smartphone with 64bit processor and LTE there is a lot of choice, even if you are hunting under the $200 price mark. Mlais, long known in China and now on the international market, offer two models under $200, the M4 Note being the latest one.
Pricing for the Mlais M4 Note is $159.99, the same as the M52, but while the M52 has an octacore MT6752 64bit chip and mostly plastic construction the M4 downgrades to a 64bit MT6732 but boosts build with an all metal chassis.
These real photos of the M4 Note show the intricate CNC’d chassis visible around the edges of the device, and also confirm the phone will run Android Lollipop. We can also see a physical home button and LED notification light in the images.
Hardware specifications include the above mentioned SoC, 2GB RAM, 16GB memory, 8 mega-pixel front camera, 13 mega-pixel rear, and 5.5-inch 720HD display. The phone supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks (FDD-LTE B1/3/7/20 800/1800/2100/2600mhz) too.
The phone is available for pre-order now with shipping expected later this month.
