Ecoo are preparing the launch of a new mid-range phone named the Ecoo E05 and have been good enough to share a few early images of this new smartphone.
Ecoo are aiming to have the E05 launched in September for an undisclosed price, but hardware specs tell us that it won’t be an expensive phone.
The details shared with us tell us that the body is made of an ABS/Polycarbonate mix, but looking at the photos we think something might have been lost in translation. The chassis of the E05 looks like an alloy number similar to the iPhone 6, while the removable rear panel could be the ABS/PC blended part.
Hardware features are similar to many other phones already on the market. We can see that Ecoo have managed to fit the phone with a 5-inch FHD display, 3GB RAM, Mediatek MT6753 octacore chipset, fingerprint scanner, 13 mega-pixel main camera and 5 mega-pixel front.
From the hardware details told here and knowing what the competition are offering, we think Ecoo can offer the E05 for around $150 or less. We still have a few weeks to wait to see if we are correct.
