Leaked pictures hint at a new UMI flagship model

Seems like something new is brewing in the UMI offices, because we just received some pictures showing some alleged new model and the inside sources are talking in hushed tones about a flagship model even. Hard to say if that will be true, some chinese manufacturers have a tendency to call almost every of their devices as a “flagship” so we shall see.

Nonetheless let’s take a look at these pictures and speculate a bit. Design-wise the phone looks a bit like the Samsung Note 7, but in a mini version. Judging by the pics the new UMI should have a pretty slim full metal body and the front fingerprint scanner will be probably integrated in the Home button.

That’s it for now, so far not a word even about possible name for the new device, specs of just about anything. But i’m quite sure UMI will gladly share more than just the basic stuff as soon as the thing goes official. So stay tuned for more information coming soon.

Renders looks nice, but it’s still ad. Until it won’t be equipped with Helio x20 or Snapdragon 820 do not call it flagship
