Homtom HT10 will be featuring an iris scanner

Latest Homtom device has already entered the presales and with the HT10 the company chose not to go as usual for the pure budget/value phone, but aim higher. So the Homtom HT10 is a device capable of challenging the competition from the midrange or upper midrange sector both with the specifications and the price tag.

One of the advanced features is the iris scanner, which puts the Homtom HT10 in the good company of other premium devices using this technology for user identification and security authorization.

Gizchina News of the week

To demonstrate the iris scaner usage and its functionality Homtom have released a video and aside of the expected comparisons we can also find claims there about the ability to unlock HT10 in just 0,3s or that the scanner allegedly works even in low light and can recognize the user even while wearing glasses.

But before we get to the video itself let’s take a note that you can get the Homtom HT10 here for just $249.99 in a presale offer.
