It’s obvious that the answer to the question in the title is very subjective and dependant on the country, where you would want to spend your 60 dollars or of course an equivalent to that in the local currency.
For example in Germany 60 dollars can get you 100 beer bottles in a supermarket, coffee for a week or a dinner for two. In USA you can get for such money some “shark wheels for your skateboard. Or in Portugal it can buy you three or four books, dinner for three or 50 beers. Every country is really different. But no matter the country you live you can spend your 60 dollars and get the new Uhans A101 phone.
The phone is there for you worldwide and if you are looking for some cheap budget device it can be built just for you. Sure it’s only an entry-level phone with MT6737 processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB of storage and 2450 mAh battery capacity, but for such price you can’t expect miracles.

Function over form: 1GB no longer workable no matter how svelte. US$60 is part way to more usable US$75 5″ Doogee X5 Max Pro, US$90 5″ Leagoo T1 or 5.2″ US$100 Elephone S7 mini. All have 2GB/16GB and use the same MTK6737 SOC.
Again you want to upgrade what is done by others. And it isn’t necessary to me. The price will grow. It isn’t favorable to me. There shall be smartphones with the big screen, stylish, with a powerful stuffing, but to $60!

best phone for that price hands down is the Bluboo picasso and you can probably find it for less, i got mine for 50 bucks on a sale and it has 2 gigs of ram and its pretty snappy for such a cheap ass phone.

Let clone. To me from it only a favor. The Chinese companies make copies of steep phones cheap. It suits me. I bought already several Chinese smartphones. Not everything is finite ideally. But they work and please my family.
