New, thinner, ZUK model sighted

Fans of Lenovo’s ZUK brand are going to love this mornings news! An all new, thin, phone from the company.

ZUK have made some very interesting phones over the past year including one of the most affordable Snapdragon 821 phones on the market.

This morning a new phone from the brand has been sighted thanks to newly released TENAA documents! The new phone comes in black or white and looks very similar to the current Z2 Pro, but measuring in at a thinner 7.68mm!

The phone remains at 5.5-inches with a 1080 display, and retains that powerful Snapdragon 821 chipset and 4GB RAM, but most importantly it has also managed to keep a respectable battery size! We were not expecting a 3000mAh battery inside here.

A thinner form factory has meant that the rear 13 mega-pixel sensor protrudes from the back of the phone, which we know some users don’t really like. The phone also keeps a front 8 mega-pixel camera, fingerprint scanner and rear heart rate monitor.

Pricing is surely going to be competitive and we believe ZUK will try to aim for 1799 Yuan.

ZUK Z2 was the most affordable SD 820 phone, not 821. Also Z2 Pro had 5.2 inch screen and this one has 5.5. So it’s bigger than both Z2 and Z2 Pro.

I have ZUK Z2 PRO , must say this is the best phone I ever had, 5.2” screen is more comfortable for me to wear as 5.5”

Not if you like to use your phone with one hand and store comfortably in your pocket. I went from an OPO to Z2 and I couldn’t be happier… Not that my OPO was a bad phone because it wasn’t! Still the best phone I ever used.

Yes, I know. But I said “Z2 was”. When Z2 announced it was most affordable SD 820 phone. Now Le Max 2 is the most affordable.

Looks like a nice phone, but can’t seem to get your idea about thinnes and 3000mah battery. Many phones have done better, immediately le pro 3 comes to my mind same thickness 40000mah and there are others too.
Never the less seems a nice phone!
