Spy photo of a 6GB RAM Elephone released

elephone mystery phone

Wow, today it’s not news about the Elephone S7, but a new mystery Elephone with some seriously impressive hardware.

We’ve all heard plenty about the Elephone S7, it’s the phone that has caught most people’s attention for the last quarter of 2016 and the model that Elephone are really trying to sell, but what about this new model?

Elephone haven’t given any official details for this new mystery phone, but sources who claim to have seen the new phone say the new handset will be a bit of a monster. Our source has provided a spy image of the phone which shows a blue body and the rear camera and flash locations.

Gizchina News of the week

What the photo doesn’t show us is the hardware that lives and breaths inside. Apparently, Elephone has sourced the Mediatek Helio P25 chipset for the phone, and will give the handset a whopping 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory.

On top of those impressive figures, the phone will also have either a 16 megapixel or 21 megapixel rear camera and large 4000mAh battery.

While Elephone do seem to have their hands full with the Elephone S7, it does sound like this new device might be announced in December and that pricing will be set at around $300! We’ll bring you more news as we get it.

The umi plus e with 6GB ram is selling at $199 preorder. and they are of the same low tier brand standard or, even better. hahaha. and that pic shows a single flash while umi plus e at the very least have a dual flash.

Anyone willing to spend $300 on an Elephone has too many dollars and not enough ‘cents’. Pun intended :p

Impressive, but what is that little button on the top left side? is it the power button?
i mean both the volume rockers and power buttons are at same side?

I know this is just the first render but i already don’t like the camera thing, looks so odd and unnecessary, i think they could have developed a better solution to it..

It looks like every new chinese phone now is coming with 6gb ram and huge internal storage, but most of the models have a really bad software as it seems the developers don’t even care about the software as long as the main functions work fine..

So many new phones are being released from this company, but they should better keep supporting their not so old devices, because it seems they only work on the until they are released and even then there are lots of problems with their phones
