The HOMTOM HT16 has been launched this past summer and it was aimed at younger people with it’s $50 price tag. After months of good sales, HOMTOM has come out with a successor, i.e. the HOMTOM HT16 Pro.
The CPU on the HOMTOM HT16 Pro has been upgraded to a more powerful MediaTek MT6737, which sure is an improvement over the older MT6580. The chipset change should make the phone faster and bring a smoother user experience, along with bringing 4G LTE support.
In addition, the new HOMTOM HT16 Pro also packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, compared to the 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM on the predecessor. Thus more space for apps and photos and a better multitasking experience.
The upcoming phone will now also support 4G network connectivity for faster download speeds and quicker data transmission.
The HOMTOM HT16 Pro will come to the market very soon, stay tuned on GizChina to know more.
