Kehan is a recently born electronics manufacturer which produces action cams, vlog cameras and IP cams, but they don’t stop at that. Kehan also produces high-end car dash cams and today we’re having a look at the KEHAN K700 1296P video recording dashcam which goes on sale for $109.99.
Yes, you read correctly the KEHAN K700 can record videos at the resolution of 2304*1296 at 30fps thanks to the built-in Ambarella A7LA70 chipset and OV4689 image sensor.
The KEHAN K700 uses 6 layers glass plus an IR filter lens for clearer videos, which is relatively important when god forbids you have a car accident.
The camera is also very wide with a 175 degree viewing angle so it can cover a bigger area. It includes features such as motion detection, which makes the camera automatically record videos when it detects external movements on sight.
The dashcam also sports a G-sensor to capture sudden acceleration, breaking or collisions, also in this case the camera will start recording footage and make it protected from loop recording (can’t be overwritten). There’s also a night vision mode which helps when recording videos at night.
